| The OCALC offers FREE classes to adults desiring to learn how to read and write,learn basic math and computer skills. Non-English speaking adults are provided FREE English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. |
| How does OCALCOUNCIL help? |
- By finding and recruiting adult students who want to learn to read
- By training volunteers to teach adult students basic literacy skills
- By establishing tutoring centers throughout the county as school rooms by providing - industries businesses and churches opportunities to establish Adult Literacy Programs.
